need help

i've been wanting to try to make an original storyline(which is mostly done)for a manga i may be making,i used to be making this with some of my friends a while ago but,well they gave up on the idea of making one,and if someone out there could help me out i was pretty sure it'd be someone/some people on newgrounds so that's why i decided to post this,because i majorly need help,because instead of just making a manga,i want to maybe try to make some flash productions out of it,and well,i'm clueless when it comes to things like this,so i'd very much appreciate it if someone could help me out.thanks for hearing me out,pm me if you're interested.
